Dermaroller

The Dermaroller is an original concept that is German designed and patented device. Its efficacy has been proven by scientific and clinical findings for anti-ageing, anti-acne, skin regeneration improvement & Collagen-Induction-Therapy (CIT).

The Dermaroller is like a small paint-roller with fine needles. On the surface of the roller, 24 circular arrays of 8 needles each (total 192 needles) are found, with a fine needle length of only 0.13mm. As the stratum corneum is very fine, the size is of the needles is more than enough to pierce the skin and allow a path way for active ingredients. They are small enough though to be absolutely painless.

The Stratum Corneum is the natural protective layer. however rolling the Dermaroller on the skin surface creates micro-channels into the stratum corneum. These channels will allow any kind of substance applied on the skin, to gain access to the deeper and viable skin layers. We call this a micro channel delivery system. The micro-channels close over within a few hours.

BEAUTY MOUSE

Thighs have a relatively large surface, and it became obvious that the Dermaroller with 20 mm in width is relatively small. In order to motivate customers to use the Dermaroller for the enhancement of appropriate skin care products we have developed the Beauty Mouse with 3 incorporated Dermarollers with a total of 480 micro-needles. The rollers are arranged in such a way that the instrument has a rolling width of 50 mm (2 inches). This width reduces the treatment time by almost 2 thirds compared with the normal Dermaroller.
